Worship Arts
Worship is central to everything we do at
Calvary Baptist Church.
Worship
It is through our worship encounters with God that we are challenged in our faith, encouraged by God’s presence and called to serve our community through mission endeavors.
During our times of corporate worship on Sunday mornings, we nurture our relationship with God and each other.
Calvary offers multiple opportunities to worship with our church family. In all of our worship services we hear from God through scripture, music, readings and preaching. We respond to God through prayer, litany, offering and song.
So, no matter what setting helps you best relate to God, there is a place for you to worship at Calvary.
Casual Worship, 8:30AM
Worship in the Fellowship Hall
Our casual worship experience meets in our Fellowship Hall and features music from our praise band and singers. The music is contemporary in style and the atmosphere is casual. Worshipers in this service sing a wide-variety of congregational songs from contemporary music to hymns of faith.
Traditional Worship, 11:00 AM
Worship in the Sanctuary
At 11:00AM on Sunday morning we gather for worship in our Sanctuary. Music in this service is led primarily by our Sanctuary Choir, piano and organ. We value diversity in this service as we often hear from other ensembles, as well as instrumental and vocal soloists.
Virtual Calvary
Our services are live-streamed and archived on our YouTube channel. You may find content from our Bible studies here as well other videos posted here.
