Sunday School Ministry

Sunday School is an integral part of Calvary's mission and ministry in Lexington.

Sunday School

At Calvary, Sunday School is a great opportunity to connect with others to study the Bible, grapple with matters of faith, and build relationships with others seeking to deepen their faith. If you’re looking to get better connected here at Calvary, Sunday School is a top choice. All Sunday School classes are taught by lay leaders who are volunteers from our church family. These leaders dedicate themselves to serving and ministering to our church family each week.

We offer age-graded classes for children in preschool through 12th grade. These classes meet at the same time as our adult classes, making it easier for parents and caregivers to participate in Sunday School. Our children’s classes meet on the first and second floors of Education Building 1 (EB1) and our middle school and high school groups meet in the Youth Lounge which is located in the basement of the Sanctuary building.

We offer a variety of adult classes and invite you to select a class you feel might be a good fit for you. We encourage everyone to try out a few classes before making a selection. Each class really is unique. You can view a full list of our adult classes by clicking the button below.

If you would like help selecting a class to attend, please feel free to reach out to Niki Hays our Minister to College Students and Adults for suggestions. Our goal is to help you get connected to a class where you can grow in your faith and build genuine relationships.
